We value the health and safety of our dance community! Based on the current world health crisis - we have decided to cancel MidAtlantic Dance Classic 2020. We appreciate all the calls and messages of support and we hope that you will join us in 2021!

If you were planning to compete at MDC but were unable to register before the cancellation notice, you can still apply for an individual dispensation. The dispensation form is available at https://ucwdc.org/rules/
We have taken the economic situation affecting us all into consideration. We have worked on amending our no refunds policy for 2020 so that it would be as fair as possible. All registrations will be refunded at 90%. We will not roll over registrations to 2021 as the financial side of the event has to be reorganized. Your refund will be in form of a check and mailed to the address you registered under in Country Dance Director. Please take time this week to ensure your address is current. We are not charging back to cards to avoid incurring additional credit card fees.
