Welcome to the Saturday Night Show!

We have a fabulous line up planned! See special guests and featured competitors below. Check back for any new additions!

If you have a VIP weekend pass, this fantastic event is INCLUDED.


However, you don't need a weekend pass to enjoy the show. You also do not need to be a competitor to use the online registration system. Dinner show tickets can be purchased through our online registration provider. 


1. Follow the link below to create an account on Country Dance Director (if you don't already have one!)

2. Click Add Admission

3. Use the drop down to select Dinner Show & Pass. Select from the dinner options - Chicken, Fish or Vegetarian (full menu below)! 


6pm: We will have a reception outside the ballroom with a cash bar.

Apx 7pm: Doors open and dinner will be served prior to the show.

Starter

Baby organic field greens, cucumber, sliced red radishes, grape tomatoes, citrus vinaigrette

Artisan rolls with sweet butter

Entrée

Pan-seared salmon with lemon dill buerre blanc and crispy capers

or

Chicken Milanese with tomato, fennel, olive sauce 


Accompanied by saffron jasmine rice, grilled asparagus, and baby carrots


or

Vegetarian butternut squash ravioli

Dessert

Vanilla crème brulee
